DiChain (Asia) Limited has been changed to "Pearl Oriental Innovation 
Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock 
code: 632) has also been changed to "PEARL ORIENTAL" with effect from 
Thursday, 07/09/2006.
